网站界面一致性处理

在改版过程中，由于进度不一。造成了网站界面元素一致性有问题。这个ticket意味要在改版过程中，逐步的减少一致性差异。
当绝大多数的一致性问题搞定以后。这个ticket就完成，漏掉的部分按BUG处理。
