修改项目发布时反馈需求部分的存储与呈现

项目发布时反馈需求是N个checkbox（目前4个，以后可能会增减）
优化存储方式，目前是存在
stuff_type 表的 feedback_require
字段内
在大使申请项目时，会看到项目的反馈需求

我觉得这个得看各个项目的反馈需求是否能够归纳起来，如果可以归纳的话，就可以做成checkbox，否则我觉得还是一个Text box比较好，根据项目资助人的要求填写。
