[BUG]一些学校需求不能编辑

http://www.1kg.org/schools/3598/ 学校的需求“（语文本 数学本 英语本 图画本 田字本）”不能被编辑。
应该是需求分类有一些问题

问题其实出在一些个性化的需求，无法被勾选框编辑。属于设计问题而非BUG
