这个是因为在攻略的show方法里更新了攻略的查看次数：
@school_guide.increment!(:hits)
解决这个问题只能通过设置：
ActiveRecord::Base.record_timestamps = false
run_the_code_that_imports_the_data但是设置这个选项会导致所有时间戳都需要手动更新。
